| 27th BCCM St. Moritz auf 2021 verschoben | | | | | | Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
Sie haben es wahrscheinlich schon geahnt, jedoch wollten wir nicht das Handtuch werfen bevor wir nicht alle Möglichkeiten geprüft haben: Das 27th BCCM St. Moritz wird um ein Jahr verschoben und findet vom 9. bis 11. Juli 2021 statt. Dieser Entscheid ist uns nicht leicht gefallen, jedoch bestehen aufgrund der aktuellen Situation zu viele Unsicherheiten, um seriös ein qualitativ hochstehendes Meeting zu planen.
So ganz ohne BCCM-Feeling möchten wir diesen Sommer dennoch nicht verstreichen lassen. Deshalb bieten wir Interessierten unter dem Namen «BCCM Picnic» ein kleines, lockeres und sicheres Alternativprogramm an. Das genaue Programm können wir Ihnen im Juni mitteilen, aller Voraussicht nach wird es folgende Punkte beinhalten:
- eine gemeinsame Ausfahrt ohne Roadbook von St. Moritz ins Bergell und/oder ins Val Poschiavo
- ein BCCM Picnic im Freien
- eine spassige Abendunterhaltung, Dinner Pack oder individuelles Abendessen im Suvretta House
- Übernachtung in einem Partnerhotel (frei wählbar)

| | | | | | Neues Buch «Car Guys» | | | | | | An dieser Stelle weisen wir Sie auf das neue Buch unseres Vice-Chairmans Fabrizio D'Aloisio hin. «CAR GUYS – The Culture of Owning a Classic Car» zeigt auf 432 hochwertig gedruckten Seiten 30 Schwarzweiss-Bildreportagen und Interviews mit ebenso vielen Klassikerbesitzern. Die Locations reichen von St. Moritz über Capri und den Comersee bis Monte Carlo. Dieses Buch ist ein ästhetischer Blick auf Menschen, die Autos lieben, eine Inspiration für alle, die bereits einen Klassiker besitzen oder diesen Traum erfüllen möchten.
Das BCCM ist dabei gut vertreten: Portraitiert sind unter anderem die OK-Mitglieder Andrea Klainguti und Claudio Enz sowie unsere Jury-Mitglieder Marco Makaus und Carl Gustav Magnusson; dazu auch BCCM-Sponsor Guglielmo Miani von Larusmiani. Einen Essay geschrieben haben die Jury-Mitglieder Ted Gushue und Alberto Vassallo. Last but not least diente das Suvretta House als eine der Shooting-Locations.

You probably already guessed it, but we didn't want to throw in the towel before exploring all possibilities: The 27th BCCM St. Moritz is postponed by one year, until July 9th to 11th 2021. This decision was not easy for us, but under the current circumstances there are too many uncertainties to properly plan a high quality meeting.
But how can we let this summer pass without any BCCM feeling? As a safe alternative, we suggest a small, relaxed event called «BCCM Picnic». We will inform you detailed in June; we have the following program in mind:
- A collective excursion (without roadbook) from St. Moritz to the Bergell and/or Val Poschiavo
- BCCM Picnic in the open air
- An entertaining evening with dinner included or an individual dinner at Suvretta House
- Overnight stay in a partner hotel (freely selectable)
Please email us straight away at info@bccm-stmoritz.ch if you are interested. In the next newsletter we will inform you about the date, the programme, and cost options.
If you have already registered for the 27th BCCM 2020, there is no need to do anything. We'll happily book you instead for the BCCM 2021 if you wish, but if not, please contact us at info@bccm-stmoritz.ch.

| | | | | | New book «Car Guys» | | | | | | At this point we would like to draw your attention to a new book by our Vice-Chairman Fabrizio D'Aloisio. «CAR GUYS - The Culture of Owning a Classic Car» comprises 432 pages of reportages and interviews with thirty classic car owners, each with premium quality B&W photographs. The locations range from St. Moritz to Capri and Lake Como to Monte Carlo. This book takes an aesthetic look at people who love cars – an inspiration for all those who already own a classic or want to make this dream come true.
The BCCM is well represented. Portrayed are our organization committee members Andrea Klainguti and Claudio Enz as well as jury members Marco Makaus and Carl Gustav Magnusson, also featuring BCCM sponsor Guglielmo Miani from Larusmiani. Included are also interesting essays by jury members Ted Gushue and Alberto Vassallo, and last but not least, Suvretta House was one of the shooting locations.
