1. No storage of credit card data
We do not store or process any credit card data. Any credit card payments are handled by external service providers.

4. Principles
By signing up to the password protected area of the BCCM St.Moritz website, you agree that we and our selected assistants may use your personal data for justification, administration, execution and to process your registration completed via our website. For example, our system uses your name, your mailing address and your e-mail address to notify you about the status of your registration. We might select European companies of your corporate group to assist us in maintaining an IT infrastructure (server and backup).

5. Use for marketing purposes
By signing up and/or completing the registration for the BCCM St.Moritz, you agree that we may use your personal data for marketing purposes. That includes e.g. the sending of e-mails with general information or with advertising character (newsletter).
