Es freut uns sehr, dass bereits viele von Ihnen Interesse bekundet haben, am BCCM Picnic teilzunehmen. Wir haben mittlerweile das Datum dafür fixiert: 28. bis 30. August 2020. Es erwartet Sie ein lockeres und spassiges Programm:
Freitag, 28. August
- Nachmittags individuelles Einchecken im Partnerhotel
- ab 19.00 Uhr: Welcome Drink und Fish & Chips @ Kulm Country Club
- 21.00 Uhr: Drive-In Cinema mit dem Film «The Italian Job» im Kulm Park
Samstag, 29. August
- 10.30 Uhr: Abfahrt vor Suvretta House zur «Picnic-Ausfahrt» nach Le Prese (CH)
- 12.30 Uhr: Picnic im Garten des Hotel Le Prese am Ufer des Lago di Poschiavo
- 15.00 Uhr: Rückfahrt nach St. Moritz
- 15.30 Uhr: Gelato on the go am Bernina Pass
- Abend zur freien Verfügung und individuelles Dinner
Sonntag, 30. August
- 10.30 Uhr: Good-bye coffee im Hotel Suvretta House
- Die Autos werden dabei im Garten des Suvretta House ausgestellt (nur bei guter Witterung)
- ab 11.30 Uhr: Individuelle Abreise
Die BCCM Partnerhotels offerieren den Picnic-Teilnehmern die gleichen Spezialkonditionen wie am BCCM. Teilnehmer können selbstverständlich frei wählen, in welchem Hotel sie übernachten möchten. Die Event-Pauschale (Welcome Cocktail, Drive-In Cinema, Ausfahrt, Mittagessen am Samstag sowie Kaffee und Gipfeli am Sonntag) beträgt CHF 350.- pro Person.
Gerne nehmen wir Ihre Anmeldung unter info@bccm-stmoritz.ch entgegen und berücksichtigen dabei zuerst, wer bereits Interesse bekundet hat. Bitte geben Sie uns die Personenzahl und das gewünschte Hotel an. Maximale Teilnehmerzahl: 40 Fahrzeuge.

We are delighted that so many of you have already expressed interest in participating in the BCCM Picnic. And now we have fixed the date: 28th to 30th August 2020. An easy-going fun programme awaits you:
Friday, 28 August
- Afternoon check-in at your chosen hotel
- As of 7 pm: Welcome drink with fish&chips @ Kulm Country Club
- 9 pm: Drive-in cinema screening in Kulm Park: "The Italian Job"
Saturday, August 29th
- 10.30 am: Departure from Suvretta House for BCCM Picnic Rally to Le Prese (Switzerland)
- 12.30 pm: Picnic in Le Prese Hotel garden on the shores of Lago di Poschiavo
- 3 pm: Return to St. Moritz
- 3.30 pm: Gelato on the go at Bernina Pass
- Leisurely evening with choice of dinner venue
Sunday, August 30
- 10.30 am: Good-bye coffee on the Suvretta House terrace
- Meanwhile your cars will be on show in the Garden of the Suvretta House (only in good weather)
- As of 11.30 am: individual departure
The special conditions offered by BCCM partner hotels also apply to the BCCM Picnic. Participants are of course free to choose their preferred hotel. The event package (welcome cocktail, drive-in cinema, rally, lunch on Saturday and coffee on Sunday) costs 350 Swiss francs per person.
We look forward to receiving your registration by e-mail at info@bccm-stmoritz.ch, indicating the number of persons in your booking and the hotel you would like to stay at. The participation limit is set at 40 cars. Priority will be given to those who have already expressed interest.
