Costs and packages

Costs for participation are based on the event package (entry fee) and the hotel package. Participants who don't need a hotel room only pay the event package.

Event packages (entry fee)

  • 1 double-team package CHF 2'450.- (1 car, 1 driver, 1 passenger)
  • 1 single-team package CHF 1'650.- (1 car, 1 driver)

Costs for additional passengers in a participating car are as follows:

  • per additional adult CHF 900.-
  • per additional child (5-12 years) CHF 450.-
  • free for children up to 5 years (no service provided)

Prices include: 

  • Entry fee rallye
  • All documentation for the rallye (roadbook, numbers, etc.)
  • Participation Concours d'Elégance
  • BCCM Give-Away (for adults only)
  • BCCM Art Print (Poster)
  • Briefing, cocktail & dinner on Friday
  • Transportation by bus on Friday, round-trip
  • BCCM Rally Picnic Bag on Saturday, including beverages
  • Cocktail and gala dinner including beverages on Saturday
  • Light-Lunch including beverages on Sunday
  • Service, taxes and VAT

Hotel packages

Participants can book special weekend packages with the partner hotels of the BCCM. The packages are offered from Friday to Sunday, including 2 nights with daily breakfast buffet. Partner hotels of the BCCM are:

Suvretta House: 

  • Deluxe Double room  / single room (5*) à CHF 1'540.– / CHF 770.–
  • Superior Double room / single room (5*) à CHF 1'320.– / CHF 660.–

Badrutt’s Palace Hotel:

  • Deluxe Double room  / single room (5*) à CHF 1'540.– / CHF 770.–
  • Superior Double room / single room (5*) à CHF 1'320.– / CHF 660.–

Hotel Schweizerhof:

  • Superior Double room / single room (4* Superior) à CHF 800.– / CHF 400.–

Children:

  • Children 5 - 12 years (extra bed in room of parents) for CHF 300.-
  • Children up to 5 years (extra bed in room of parents) free of charge, including breakfast

Please note: Any hotel booking made during the online registration is submitted to the corresponding hotel. After processing the request, you will receive a reservation confirmation directly from the hotel. Allocation of the hotel and the room category will be done according to availability. Please book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment as numbers of rooms are limited.

Payment for the hotel package has to been done within 10 days after receipt of invoice. The same cancellation policy applies for hotels as it does for participating at the BCCM.

Kindly note that the rates shown here are special prices for accommodation from Friday, 10th July 2026 to Sunday, 12th July 2026. For additional nights and extra costs, please refer to your individual offer from the selected hotel.
